Spybot problem

I've been having problems lately when I attempt to update my Spybot program. I click on the button to check for updates, and then check the box labeled "Detection Rules" and the little window titled "Update Progress" appears. Sometimes the box shows files being transferred from one folder to the other, and then it stops and the update screen is back. Under the heading "Info" appears the words !!! bad checksum ! Sometimes the update screen does not disappear and continues for some time. After awhile, I would move the update screen and those same words are present. Also next to the box I check for the "Detection Rules" has a "!" within a red circle and slash mark.
Is anybody else experiencing these same results, or knows of any problems with the Spybot program lately? I have been having this problem for about 3 weeks now and try to update all my anti-spyware,and anti-virus programs every few days. I was wondering if I am doing anything wrong when I go to update, and these are the results I get.

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked out that link and know now it isn't me,(or my computer.)I guess I'll keep checking back every so often to see if I am able to download new updates if their server isn't too busy at that time. I hope they add new servers soon. I didn't see the pull down menu for the mirror as suggested in that link. I do however, have a pull down menu labeled "See Cure #1 [Europe]"

Yeah, AdAware is a little better than SpyBot, but both are great programs and are far more effective when used together. Unlike Firewalls and Antivirus program, it is better to use more than one anti-spyware. Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta is another great program.

AVG is also a good program. i have that, ad-aware, S&D, and microsoft. it gets me through the day.

good idea, I think I actually used to have two spyware programs but then i got a new pc.
