Where can I get this?

My hood is rusting, so I have decided to replace it with an aftermarket one. But I would like to know where to get this insert in the picture. I want that hood with the insert, but it says that it does not come with the hood and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

i love the big block hoods...there are two lt1 z28's around here that have them and i really like it

no way, i dont like that. Its a rip off the 67' corvette. I like cowl induction personally.
