92 stumbles with mild acceleration

I have a 1992 305, It has barley any horse power so I decided to change the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. Now when I slowly step on the pedal it falls short. What could be the problem?

Did you mess with the distributor itself at all? If you did, you might have knocked the timing off a little bit.
