brakes sticking and slipping when stopping

Hi, I have an 1999 88 50th aniv. edition, and the other day my brakes started slipping than it felt like it would stick really hard when I am almost at a complete stop. The braking is fine until your almost stopped. It didn't do it all yesterday when it was raining, or this morning when it was raining, but now its sunny and dry and its doing it again. It also makes a noise, and I can feel it on the floor and through the pedel. Please help. Any Ideas.... :smile:

It may be time to get the ABS brake system and brake pads/shoes checked out.
Any brake or check engine lights.

I am going to get the abs looked at, but my pads/shoes were done last year. I dont have any lights either. :smile:
