Brakes

Does anyone know if there is a particular sequence or order to follow when bleeding the brakes on a 1999 with ABS?

Start with the brake furthest from the master cylinder and start there (right rear). Then do the left rear, the right front and the left front. Make sure that the master cylinder stays full at all times and bleed as if there was no abs on the vehicle.
