Can the Infiniti "iPod Mod" be done on the Murano?

Hey. I was looking at this infiniti FX mod to add an aux input to the stock stereo system. (As seen here - http://www.infinitifx.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1457 ) Can this be done on a Murano? I am getting my wife an mp3 player for Christmas and I was just wondering. I haven't had a chance yet to take apart the armrest box and see because I don't want to spoil the surprise when she asks what I'm doing!

Her car is an '05 SL Murano and I believe the stereo is "Satellite Radio Ready" so that gives me hope that some kind of aux input could be easily added.
