95 Cherokee, Lack Of Power

I Have A 95 Cherokee Se 4x4 4.0ltr Auto,(153,000 Miles) When I Try To Climb Hills Or Increase Speed Past 1/2 Or 3/4 Throttle It Almost Seems That It Doesn't Have Any Power, Or Boggs Down And Won't Increase Speed Unless Traveling On Flat Ground Or Down Hill. I've Replaced The Fuel Pump, Checked The Cat. Converter, Checked The Fuel Filter And Replaced The Pump, Replaced The Distribitor Checked The Timing (although You Can't Change It), Checked Compression (@150psi On Each Cyl.)and The Throttle Positioning Sensor(used From Junkyard). A Month Ago I Replaced The Plugs, Wires And Air Filter. After Most Of This I Found It Is Blowing Oil Out Of The Throttle Body. I've Contacted Several Dealers That Aren't Sure What It Is Along With Several Mechanics. I’ve Also Ran A Scan Tool On It W/ No Codes. Please Help, I Can't Figure This Out.

Where is the oil coming from on the TB? Was your aircleaner oil free when you changed it? Is it now?

Take that junkyard tps back to the junkyard and get a new one. I had a similar problem with my '88 where I couldn't climb up hill swell and the tranny wouldn't downshift unless I floored it. Tested the TPS with a meter and it checked good. However, the symptoms pointed to the TPS so I replaced it anyway. Problem solved.

You must also make sure you adjust the TPS correctly.

the oil was being blown into my air filter and dripping through and would puddle on the bottom of the air filter box. i'll double check the tps and see what the voltage is now. thanks

OK, the oil in the air filter is caused by a couple of things.

Your CCV system could be clogged. It creates a slight vacuum in the valve cover so freah air is drawn from the aircleaner into the valve cover. If the vacuum is insufficient or one of the lines is clogged, oil will blow back up the tube into your aircleaner. Check the lines coming out of your valve cover for any clogs. You might also need to remove the valve cover to clean inside if it as well.

You could also be getting a lot of "blow by". This is when your piston rings are worn and pressure from the combustion chamber leaks past them and puts more pressure in your crankcase than the vacuum from the ccv can deal with. You should run a compression check on each cylinder.

Check your TPS when it's cold and again when the engine is hot.

FIXED, hopefully: I went to the dealer and had one of thier techs go for a ride and he mentioned checking the injectors. so I went and got some throttle body/injector cleaner and broke down the fuel rail, the injectors were really gummed up and i also cleaned the fuel pressure regulator cause I couldn't see the filter. cleaned the ccv valve (just cause it was used)and found a vacuum leak. so all is good for now. I also tried to test my fuel pressure above idle but my work didn't have the right adapter to hook up to my fuel rail. thank you for all the help.
