Please help, I have a 96 civic dx that will not start. I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor, fuel filter, fuel pump. After sitting for a couple of hours in the cold the car refuses to start. it gets fuel to the rail, and it is getting spark to all (4) cylinders. it just sits and cranks and cranks, however it will push start if you get it up to enough speed. could it be the fuel pressure regulator? what does the pcv valve do? any help would be greatly appreciated. i am stuck, and don't know what to do :banghead:

Check the battery or replace it. It solved my crank but no start problem.
