'05 ZX4 Squeaky Wheels, Grinding Brakes

Hi,
I have an '05 Ford Focus ZX4. It is white, but all the rubber parts, such as the seals on the windows, as well as the mirrors, "bleed", even after a thorough washing; there are blck streaks all over the car.
But that's not what's p***ing me off.
The wheels are squeeking, similar to the sound of something dragging on aluminum or other part, within the wheel assembly, all wheels. Also, the brakes grind intermittently.
The car has only 5640 miles. I just bought the thing 6 months ago. Only 6 months, and the car sounds like it has to have a major repair!
I'm extremely disappointed!

take it to the draler, sound like the breaks arnt adjusted right or some crap.
