oil filters

Has anyone had difficulties with ordering oil filters for their Diablo?
I had ordered some from Eurospares but they don't fit.
The supplier said they are the correct type.
But my mechanic said that the internal diameter screw threads don't match.
How many variations are there in the oil filters?
