Fuse #9 keeps blowing

What could cause me constantly blowing the fuse. It is the #9 fuse 20amps. My neighboor and I looked for a severed/bare wire and didn't find anything.

Could this problem be do to a part? Or am I just missing the bad wire?

Please help, sunk enogh dough in this truck already.
