Wiring harness not working....

My friend an I are changing my Laser RS to turbo. The turbo wire harness came out of another Laser. The plastic connections work on the ECU i got, but another connection dosen't work. Can i just change out the plastic connection from my stock wire harness to the turbo one???? :smokin:
