I have a friend who told me he is having an H22 built by a friend and that in the end it will have more than 1000 hp. I think he is going to go turbo but I was just curious if you could get that kind of power out of that motor? Also if it is possible to put that motor in a civic and if so what do you have to do?

I'd think it'd be possible, but not very likely. The block would have to be incredibly well built with parts that will handle that kind of power (meaning it will cost a ton of $). Unless your friend really knows what he's doing, he's just dreaming. That's pro drag car kind of power, and 5 times the power the engine produces in stock form. And yes an h22 will fit into a Civic, details depend on what year the car is.

you can get any power from any motor 101psi of boost equals roughly 1000hp but good luck boosting that high.
a general rule is anything is possible as long as you have the money to do it. h22 is not easy to put in a civic but isn't diffucult either with a little mechanical knowladge. and a lot of time :P

1000hp from the motor isnt alot. i mean pretty much any honda going faster than 9s is putting out that much power if not more.
