Car wont start when cold

Hi,
I have an 86 honda accord and havent had any problems as of late. Well it just got down to about 30 degrees or so the last few days and went out to start it and it wont start. It tries to turn over but acts like there no gas or something.
I have a half a tank of gas, brand new battery, and like i said, been running great and havent had any problems.
Any tips on how to get it started or what the problem could be?
