Help my A/C

My A/C works cold for 15-40 mins then it's just regular air. Both blowers in the back and front work, but the coldness goes away as if I turned off the A/C button and just left the blowers on. I have checked for leaks and none are there. The system is fully charged. What should I check? Please help!!!
