ummmm drill a hole in it.... put a beefy screwdriver in it and try to pry it out sideways like a skateboard or rollerblade bearing. just a guess. never done it but sounds like it would work.

I usually punch it into the block, then clamp a pair of vise grips on the edge and pull it out.
