**Need help with dashboard painting**

I want to paint my acura integra type r dashboard gray with a blue console. Do i use primer on the whole dash board first?
Do i spray paint the dash gray, covering the blue areas,
Then go back and hand paint the blue console and vents?

Yep !!!
I wouldn't really worry about the primmer to much as the flat colour will stick pretty well.
