Upgrading Intake Manifold

I was surfin' the 'net today as usual, and I came across Venom's website. On top of just the nitrous kits they have, I found out that they sell intake manifolds . My question is, if I bought one of their intake manifolds, would I need to upgrade anything else in order to make it work?

The only thing you MIGHT have to do is extend a few vacume lines, which if you have to heck you could just buy a kit hehe. Also i'd imagine a big bore throttle body would help more than the stock TB on that manifold. If you do get it, lemme know what kinda power gains you feel i've never heard of anyone using one before.
