Ok i did do some reasearch on this subject but none of the things that i saw apply to my friends car. My friend bought a 91 talon awd for 1500 dollars. Pretty good deal and its all stock. The only thing is its been sitting for 6 years. We chaned out all of the fluids in the rear diff, transfer case and manual tranny oil. The timing belt looks good and the other stuff is good. I mean we have chaned out everything that we can do at work. Anyway when every you are at full throtle it bogs down between 4500 and 5000 in every gear Any ideas whats going on here. He's supose to race my friend in his TT but we need to fix this problem first. Also he has a bunch of parts to put on but we need to fix this first

get NGK BR6's and gap them at .028, get new spark plug wires, they more than likely corroded over time.
If it still bogs look more deeply into the ignition.

Check the TPS to see what condition its in, if thats not the problem try changing the fuel filter.

yeah I would also check the fuel filter, try injector cleaner and flush the fuel system/ fuel tank.

That definately sounds like fuel to me.
When cars sit they tend to get clogs in the injectors/lines and filters.

well we got it. It was the Ecu. Well thats all we could figure so far. He hooked up his safc and the problem is gone now. a t3-60 is bigger than a 16g correct? he has one that he is trying to get rid of but im sure that its bigger than the 16g.
