rotors/front end?

I did a search, but nothing came up similar to my problem. OK, so when I brake, going 60mph or so, my wheels start to wobble back and forth and I hear a sort of low grinding sound. Obviously I need new pads, but what's with the wobbling? It's kinda scary! I know I need new outer tie rod ends and an idler arm, but could that be why it's so unstable when I brake?

Is the wobbling paired with pedal pulsation? Probably the rotors.

maybe warped rotors?

That was one of my guesses...

May wanna check out those front control arm bushings also.
