Hello all!

I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to you all, as I'm new on the forum -- but old on the Trans Sports :iceslolan

First, thank you for the help on the passenger side power window! I recently acquired a '95 Trans Sport that I am going to use for business. She needs some work, but she's up to it. The engine and tranny appear strong and fleet of foot.

My passenger side window was stuck in the down position -- and of course it has been raining here in St. Louis. Thanks to postings here, I was able to get it back up and closed -- it appears to be the ground issue at the drivers side switch, as others have experienced, so I'll be implementing the final fixes in the near future. So please accept my gratitude, as you've saved me from a possible gouging.

This is my 2nd Trans Sport. I used to have a '93 that I loved dearly, and have been kicking myself for trading in on a 2000 Buick Regal. The Regal is nice, don't get me wrong -- but there's no contest with the practicality of a Trans Sport!

I like my '95, and being back in a Trans Sport -- although frankly I prefer the more bulbous look of the pre-94's. Also, the '93 was silver, this one is generic white -- nevertheless, we're a match made in heaven, LOL! The '93 was my first GM. You'll note that the Regal and two Trans Sports have the 3800 in common, albeit the Regal is a Series II -- yet I am a disciple of this engine.

Trans Sports are not vehicles or machines -- but living, breathing polymer animals. They have personalities, and from the '93 and various aspects of the recently-acquired '95, I've come to know some of their traits and quirks -- so hopefully can be of assistance and value to you folks here.

Ah, it's so nice to get in a vehicle where the front clip disappears, that has a dash capable of holding a large pizza, and being greeting by the glow of orange-lit instrumentation!

All the best!
