I would like to know where I can find some big rims-like 20-26" that arent wire spokes. Ive been searching like crazy and havent had any results.
Also, does anyone know where I could find a 1959 Impala?

That one looks nice. I think I'll wait for it.
I did have my hopes on a convertible, but what can you do?
For rims, I was looking for anything that looks similar to Boyd Coddingtons, Giovannas, or Intros. I want to put American Racing Torq Thrust II Dubs on the Impala.
I look through the Lowrider Bicycle showroom and see all the lowrider cars with these wheels but can't find them.
Thank you for your time

to make a convertable just cut off the top off that and get one of the canopy things or whatever from another impala (revell make a couple convertable impalas) and modify it to fit that one.

Revell-Monogram makes a convertible 59' Impala, its been out for quite a while(came out in 93') cuz I built one about 5 years ago, the detail is amazing......
You could probably pick one up at about any model/hobby shop for pretty cheap....

Thanks for the wheel link! They are exactly what I was looking for!
Sorry I have not replied to your messages sooner:(
I have been on vacation for the last two weeks and havent been able to get near a computer.
I am also sad to report that I have searched all the local hobby stores for an Impala with no luck.
One store had it about a year or so ago, and I didnt buy it at the time becasue I had two other projects and fiqured that it would be there when I came back.. wrong!
I guess I will need to search around a bit more.
Thanks for all the help!!
I really appreciate it!!:)
