anyone have any Mip's

I was wondering if anybody else on here has gotten an mip (minor in possession of alchol) because I got another one thanksgiving night. That makes me have 3 since new years eve. it pisses me off cause now that will prob would have given me an extra thousand dollars for my car. Cops here suck.

so they suck for catching you while illegally having something? hmmm sounds like you dont know how to drive, or are retarded at hiding stuff. you have a stock looking 240, i dont see what else would hunt them towards you besides poor driving skills??? Atleast it was just alcohol.....and how do you get a mip without the dwi?? So in all honesty your really lucky. 3 D-dubs would > you. That would be two felonies, 1 more would be life. Yea drinking is that important isnt it?? The key to never getting caught is, be smart. Been doing it for years, with plenty of 5 year + sentences waiting to be given, hiden amongst the car. I called it, my bag of felonies. Got caught once, but never got charged.....lucky me(long story, could of avoided it but i was dumb). Still that was a night in jail and a car impound. Which is more than enough for me. Its boring as hell. Especially when this black guy bitches all night about nothing, and prolly did like 1000 push ups that night. This blackie ment business. Whining about his medication and shit.

never had an mip though. If your under 18 its all good. Should be cleared. Just a bunch of fines. Well you have 3, maybe probation too.

Ive never been pulled over for drinking and driving. I think it is stupid to drink and drive I never do it. What happens is the cops will bust parties get a search warrent to go into the house and give everyone that is under 21 mip's and I live in nebraska a dui isint a felony until after 5. I have friends with multiple dui's and the only punishment is probation and 60 days no license. It is only like this in the town I live in a go to other towns and they dont care there It is just that our police chief is a dickhead. would rather give out mip's then bust meth labs and shit.

Drinking and driving is stupid, i RARELY do it. Sometimes you just have to though(when you can still think straight i do). If i know im way to drunk to drive though, then i cab it. THats why it seems like bars and clubs are just a trap. Everyone knows that 95% of the people there are WASTED!!! All a cop has to do is park close and wait. Sounds like entrapment.

whenever i drink, i make sure to not run any motor operated devices..when im really bad i have trouble riding the city bus home.. I dont think ill ever drink and drive, ever

i try not to drive my car when im drunk although it does happen sometimes. yknow if your at a party with a drunk chick that really motivates you do drive in a straight line and get back to your house in the bed ASAP so normally im cool. i have no objection to driving other sorts of vehicles like big Cat's and whatnot. i drove this one big scraper one time that had six wheels and two engines and a clutch and a 7 speed. that was the shit. unfortuanately its only on cell-phone video from far away. i was smashin that bitch tho got it into 3rd gear running over a line of trees (like little baby trees) and then i chunked it into the sidewalk and it started sinking into the mud. the only time i have been breathalized i got a .011 (.08 is the CA legal limit, so it was hardly anything) but since i was under 21 it was just a DMV infraction that i might get out of its been draggin on and on. but MIP is one thing ive never got tagged with.

yea like there are certain things that motivate you. Whether it be pink or not. Iv been motivated just by wanting to sleep in my own bed. Or like in highschool, when the cops bust the party....not much more you can do lol. Then of course you have exhaust so they may decide to follow....then pull you over....then make up a random statement to pulling you over.....then ask are you drunk?....then you say "shhshhhh dont tell my parents".....then you know what happens. No i wasnt drunk, i was just being a dick. I blew in that breathealizer and passed like a champ. Leaving the cop disappointed and angry inside. I mean if there going to be a bitch for no reason, im gonna be a bitch right back. But when i get pulled over and obviously no why i did, then i play dumb and nice lol. Your headlight is out...."yea i thought it looked darker tonight, must have just happened".....when in reality it had been like a month lol and i already had gotten a warning for it bwhahhhaha.

i got pulled over w/ shrooms on me one time and i was really nervous but it was all cool.

i was out walking around at night with about 4 of my friends, and one of them just randomly finds a brand new screwdriver, he goes damn im keeping this and sticks it in his pocket. About 5 minutes later we get surrounded by cops for being out past curfew, and they find this screwdriver and practically bust a nut over it. Freaking out saying "What, were you thinking youd be able to steal a car with this!" My friends like, i found that like 5 minutes ago, of course they dont believe us and then curfew was over in like 10minutes so they let us go without bitching any more. I hate the damn cops. They are all asses to me every time i talk to them.

i actually get a lot of rather nice cops but i still hate all cops regardless
