Well, between posting here and building, I did finish this today.
This is the re-issued Funster Funbird kit. Last re-issued in 1981, first released in 1970.
Paint: MCW Lucerne Blue
Decals were sent to Keith Marks and white replacments came back to me.
I'm not sure how you ummm, older, no, I mean "experienced", yeah, experienced guys built kits back in the day, cause this thing was fidgety.
I had to cut the windshield in half and sand it back as far as I could so I could get the "dude's" head to set right. I had one severely bent wheel rod back. Heating did nothing so I broke it off and made my own. I do hae a few small touch up items like the door handles and mirrors to finish yet.
I had always wanted one and spent the money to get one. Fit is horrible to say the least.
At any rate I had fun building it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. It was a fun little build that didn't fit right, but it wasn't about that. IT was about having a little fun and something off the wall.
