96 accord enigine prob

My 96 accord started kind of rough the other day and my check engine light came on. The car has trouble acclerating and the engine vibrates as i speed up. Any idea whats wrong with it? thanks.

the code said cylinders 1 and 2 misfire. looks like it might be the distributor.

well i replaced the plug wires and replaced the bad distributor cover (the disributor itself is ok) and it still wont run on all 4 cylinders. what else could be wrong? need help please.

I guess the distributor cover wasn't bad afterall if that didn't fix the problem. I would try replacing the sparkplugs and also make sure you have the spark plug wire sequence correct.
