I actually know somebody that's got a 1 mile runway on his property and a hanger with 5 aircraft ranging from a Boeing Steerman to a Baron 53, he is also my boss.....he has company cookouts at his place too, so it's all fun.

Well they're not really suppost to be hangers, just big enough for him to get it in and enough space for him to not get wet before he gets in/out the jet if its raining.

I heard that there are neighbours around him that "share" the runway. So it is not his alone ... so they must have planes too. Of course, probably not a four engine 707 !!!!

Just get in the jet, point the ass end at their house, rev up the engines and blow everything to hell with hot exhausted gases.
