. I have the car for 2 yrs, it has over 91 thousand. I have only done oil changes. I thaught that it mite be a sensor or something like that. should i go a dealer for a tuneup i dont trust or know a good local macanic on the ny area.

I dont trust anybody... If its intermittent, dont expect anythin is 'found'. At stealership they'll be glad to swap MAF an charge 1k $ - no hlp for u.

Try readin ECU codes, if yore lucky youll get one. More so if its related... Maybe u can leave the car overnight, ask 'em for cold engine code read. Nohin else. Then take u car out and think if theres smtng u could do like findin their suggested spares for fraction of price...

Change plugs, filters, meas voltage during coldstart.

You said pressin pedal helps. One sensor that then changes input, is TPS. Swapping that one is dirt cheap (about 90$) compared to the MAF that stealership$ love to swap for any reason.

Thanks for your help, Is it easy to tune the max myself ?

If one is used to work with hands, component service is no big deal (open, clean). To tune computerized nissan as a system, u need proper tools and understanding... educate uself by reading the manual, read the pages on my Cardomain link.

One laborious 'component' is the el harness, connectors, see link above. Manual shows how connectors are opened, DIY cleanup/contact grease addind is easy.

I started my 'repairs' long time ago as a teen, after almost being killed by one shop so called 'service'. I then decided I am also able to destroy my car, and that is dirt CHEAP. Since then, have destroyed a lot:) ...still saved 'a million' durin my lifetime on service costs, theres never need to argue about the service quality...

Question is guts: after u win uself, everythin else is easy. Sometimes u spoil smtg, but so do shops. win/win: u never pay labor costs...

Still, the best car I have ever driven, was company car.
