Speedomoter to wheel ratio adj

Please don't flame me for not searching, I actually tried. I have an 04 Cavalier and came across some 17's that I'd like to put on. I've seen a lot about performance chips and what not, but I am looking for the absolute cheepest way to adjust the computer for the larger diamater tires. Hopefully a way that is easy enough for me to change back and fourth for winter and summer. Thanks in advance for any help.

there is nothing to adjust the speedometer as of yet.

That tire size has a different of less than 1 MPH. So get a tire that size and you should be fine.
