Alright, I have a white '97 Civic DX and I'm wanting to change up the appearance. As is known, the trim on the side of DX is black and I was wondering if there was anyway to replace the current black trim with white so as to look similar to the EX model, or if it's even possible to take off the current trim, OR if its even a good idea to switch it out at all. It looks alright as is, but I'm just starting out on the cosmetics so all it has now are some new tail-lights and spoiler (Si stock). Just curious and wouldn't mind any advice on next moves. Thanks

I'm assuming you're talking about the side moldings. You could get your stock ones painted, basically that's what the other ones are anyways. And yes they can be taken off, they are held on by clips.

Thanks for the info. I'm still debating on whether I wanna paint the stuff. Can't decide how it would look with white wheels.
