Well last night my friend flipped his truck and now it wont start...ps fluid is the only thing thats not filled but that shouldnt have nothing to do with it starting...it wont crank...it feels like the engine is locked up. the truck was still running while it was on its side...the only thing we can think of is that maybe the battery fluid drained out of it while it was on its side...but i dont know...any help would be very nice...thanks ahead of time...

how long was it running whenon it's side ? maybe the main bearings weren't getting proper lubrication and seized. or could be battery like you said, try running a check to see that plates internal not shifted ad shorting. does power come on at all ?

I would pull the plugs and see if the crankshaft can be turned with a wrench ... make sure you only turn in the running direction.

Definately do this. The running direction is clockwise :). A lot of people have argued with me about that, but you'll risk jumping the timing chain if you turn the engine the wrong direction. Also, an engine spinning in one direction at the rate the engine spins, then asked to go the opposite direction couldn't be good for anything.

If its not siezed, you should be able to crank it with the starter with the plugs out, that way you are sure not to crank it in the wrong direction by hand.
