Car Bogging. Need Help Please

Wassup All,

I got a 94 Celica GT 5 Speed and like when I'm not accelerating, the car will bog and jerk. Say your following a guy driving slow, then you got to take your foot almost completely off the gas, my car will jerk until I press more gas or no gas, or push in the clutch. Anyone know the problem and how to fix?

if its a maunal its probably ur clutch, when you change gears do your rpms jump up and down?

Actually, no, my rpm doesn't move, thats what was so weird about it... Its not really when I'm switching gear, more so when I am pressing lightly on the gas

how fast/what gear are u in when this does it? btw when you let off the gas really fast in a manual it will jerk, i.e. if im in 2nd goin 30 mph and i let off the gas fast, it will jerk hella bad

about in 3rd going about 30ish it will jerk...
