Hi,
I have a 2001 ford taurus. When I first start the car in the morning after the car sits for a while and when the temperature is bellow 40 degrees, the car stalls. It will crank and start normally and then stalls after 2 seconds or less. After that, I have to start it again. It cranks for about 10 seconds and then runs fine. I have cleaned the throttle body and also the air idle control solenoid that is on top of the throttle body. They were pretty black inside. I didnt know how to test the function of it though. The problem still persists. Does any one know what this might be?
