gauge bulbs

last year i put in reverse gauges and now they have stopped working. i want to take them out and paint the gauge bulbs amber but i threw all of the old bulbs out, including the part that plugs into the back of the gauge. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get these or if anyone knew if these plugs came with the new bulbs?
