headlight adjustment

can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlights on a 1999 zx2???Thanks

there is a bolt/screw/thing(late and i cant remember) right beside 2 things that look like like levelers, you just turn the things till they are where you want them

but how do you get the clear thing on top out of the way?
