E-150 Heater blower problem

The blower dosent work, I started having problems a while ago.
At times when the van was off and the passenger slamed the door the heater would come on, I would have to go inside and shut it off by the selector switch. It would also come on and off it I hit a large pot hole.

Now it dosent work at all, any ideas.

I had a similar problem on mine. Once I replaced both the blower switch and the blower relay it was fine. I also replaced the blower motor becuase it was drawing too many amps thus damaging the switch and relay.
