I recently bought a N reg 306 it had the standard blaupunkt radio in it.
I've removed this & fitted my new one but the connections are different - there doesn't seem to be an aerial cable from the car? I just have 3 blocks of cables.
Also, the radio does not turn off when I remove the key - this happens on both radios! Any ideas?

you've not correctly connected the ignition lead.
there should be a permanent live cable, and one that only gives current when the ignition is turned. try swapping these round. (you cna tell which is which by using a digital volt-memter.
as for the aerial, sometimes these have an adaptor on them, it should be a big black cable.
