no juice to fuel pump

okay im getting no juice to the fuel pump i checked all fuses and all relays everything checks out great,,,, what eles should i check for,,also what kinda ECU code reader can i buy to use on my car,,, most of them i seen are only for 1996 and newer cars,,,please help

check out your manual. there's a self coding system that deals with the check engine light.

how do you know your getting no juice to your fuel pump? have you checked the wires/plug-ins for power?
