Sweeking Noise

I was wondering if another 1997 BMW 528i owner had any problems with belts or bearing sweeking when the vehicle is idol-ing and in gear or in park?

try spraying wd-40 or similar product on the inside and outside of each belt or belts one at a time. this will tell you if it is the belt or narrow it down to a bearing.
