Temperrature problem?

I have a 95 cherokee I-6 HO 4.0 and the temperature for my engine does not pass the quarter mark? My gauge starts at 40 goes to 100 then ges to 125. I used to run normally at 100 around in the middle of gauge and now it stays in between 40 and 100 about the qarter of the gauge??? I have somewhat heat but its only half or maybe even less of the heat i used to get... i checked my rad reservoir fluid and its full, checked the rad itself once engine cooled and its full itself as well??

What can my problem be??? I would appreciate any help if anyone has experienced this problem before cuz its startin to get damn cold up here man!! LOL!

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck OPEN.

Ditto what GregA said. I'd change the thermostat first.

I'm assuming your gauge reads in Celcius.
