Alright here it is if anyone can help me out or atleast lead me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 92 Si which had an H23 in it. I took a H22a4 out of a 97 non SH and i put it in my 92. I used my H23 wiring harness, coil, and distributor. I then bought a P13 ECU and a Vtec subharness. I hooked everything up right well atleast i thought i hooked everything up right. When I first started it the check engine light was on so I got out my scanner and I did a scan. I blew 06 which is coolant sensor (high voltage) and I also blew 22 which is a oil timing valve pressure switch. Neither of those I know where are or what I have to do to fix them. Now here are my problems. First off if my car sits awhile it doesnt want to start seems like it is flooded out have to crank it over way to many times for a long period of time b4 it will start. My Vtec doesnt work, and I also hit my rev limiter at about 5800 round where i did with my old H23. Oh and one more thing i have a lightened flywheel and while it was on my H23 my engine reved real fast now on the Vtec it doesnt rev fast at all. and also in 4th gear with the way it is now it stops pulling at like 4 grand 4500. Now im hoping that what ever is wrong with it is why alllll this shit is wrong and it will be alittle snottier engine then a dog please help me out any details or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Make sure all of your sensors are the same year as the computer. And before replacing a bunch of sensors, check them with a Snap-On Vantage or equivalant.
