Do you kick the back end out like that when you're hillclimbing Hyde?

Generally speaking, oversteer on that level is not the fast way around the corner .. so I do my best to avoid it.

I have kicked my rear-end out that far (and even farther - woops!), but it does not lead to faster times.

There is one turn on the Weatherly hillclimb that I am sliding it out raather nicely now ... but that tends to lead my to fishtailing all the way to the next turn :D
