Okay...
As you can tell by my name, this is my first GM product....I was only going to keep the Aurora until Dec and then get an Audi A8...but I am really enjoying the Aurora....
I have a 96 with 131,000 miles on it and running strong!
Can I get some advice to see;
What is the highest amount of miles someone has on their Aurora
What did you do to keep it up?

I purchased my Aurora 7 years ago with 96,000 miles on it. I figured that with that many miles in such a short period of ownership, they must have been mostly highway miles. Now it has 280,000 and acts just like new. It's only sign of age is that I get 24 MPG on the highway instead of 25. All I do to it is change the oil every 3000 miles. I have changed the plugs and wires twice, the serpentine belt once and put on a new airconditioning compressor. This is a hard car to give up.

Unfortunately for most owners, this is the exception, not the norm.

Indy is right :(.
Luckily, I have a 1995 with one spot of rust the size of a quarter, 167,000 miles, and it still runs stong as a bull.
