I was wondering if those that have posted about this similar problem have been able to resolve the issue? I have a 1991 Bronco 351. I've had a problem with it idling high and then choking and almost dying or it does die when I am stopped or slowing down to come to a stop. it does this whether I have the air conditioner on or not. When driving down the highway you can feel a slight jerking is the only way I know to describe it. The jerking problem seems to be year round but the problem with the rough idle and dying only happens when it is humid or during the warm months (I live in Florida, so that's the majority of the year). The more humid it is, the worse it runs. We have replaced the O2 sensor, MAP sensor, Air Charge Temp Sensor and cleaned the EGR and it is still doing it. Our next step is to possibly replace the TFI. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check your plugs for the dark, sooty signs of over-fueling.
My '91 5.8 did this to me a while back, and the fuel pressure regulator had started leaking .... INTO the fuel rail. Too much pressure to the injectors, and what eventually developed into a serious over-fueling issue.
