this is my mom's car and today her belt popped of turns out there is a pulley missing and it is attached to the alt. bracket, any one know the name of that pully?? please helpmy mommy--LOL

I don't really understand your request, but I believe you are looking for the idler pulley. You can get it at any parts store for about $15 - $20.
