Fluid Changes

Hi Guys:
I have a 2002 Blazer LS 4dr 4WD
I am just about to crack 60,000 miles and plan on having some routine maintenance done...I do my own oil changes & chassis lubes regularly but beyond that I take it to the pros.
To date, the vehicle has been trouble free - only repair item driver's side door hinge pins.
I am thinking about a transmission screen and filter change.
Do they change out all the fluid in a transmission or just drop what comes out when the pan is removed?
Also - differential fluids - besides the rear-end, is there any thing up front that holds fluid - like another gear box?
Brake Fluid - I have heard that the fluid should be changed every couple years because it accumulates moisture. Is this true and do you recommend it? I never had it done on any other vehicle I owned.
Plugs & Wires - the vehicle runs great, mpg is 19 town, 24 highway..
I hate to fix something that ain't broke.... But I look forward to opinions
on this item.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

You can have the fluid in the pan and filter changed, or a full fluid exchange and new filter. That's what I do every 35,000 miles to all my vehicle's. it's around a hundred bucks but in the long run its worth it to me. Yes Both Rear and Front differential's should be drained and refilled with Synthetic fluid. ( I do mine every 3 years need it or not) along with an antifreeze flush and fill. I have never done my Brake fluid yet, Even though I do know it holds moisture in it.
