Heat problems...HELP!!!

I have a 95 Aurora and I'm having a problem with the heat. The only vents that blow warm air when the heat is on are the passenger side vents. The driver side and the back vents blow cold? What could be causing this and HOW do I fix it? HELP!?!? :1zhelp:

sounds like one of the mix doors under the dash isn't working. Probably need a new actuator motor.
