s-10 blazer fuel pump relay

My blazer is cranking but not starting. I think it is the fuel pump but want to check everything else befor i drop the tank. Where is the pump relay located on a 94 vortec s-10 blazer, (old body type)? Also is there anything else I should look for?

find the fuel pump test lead in the engin compartment and energize it, that will tell you if is the pump is workable or if it is the pump/wiring to it... relays rarly ever fail, although they do it isn't common, fuses are common though, check that too
