Distributor question ??

Hello, I have a 94 civic with the distributor that has the coil under the cap, I replaced the upper bearing today but in my haste I did not realize the drive is off centered. I don't remember which side the grove is supposed to be on in relation to the rotor. thanks for the help ..

first put the engine in time by hand.
second line the offset grove up with the cam.
third put the rotor buttton on it should point to the number one on the cap.
