Questions...

I'm fairly new to AF and i have been able to figure almost everything else so far. But im kinda confused on some of the profile stuff. like what are those stars below the user names. and how does your AF "status" (i.e. newbie, enthusiast, fanatic, etc.) increase? because i've older members be newbies, but also newer members enthusuasts...any answers would be great, thanks.
