I just got back from the Cunningham Childrens Home in Urbana, i donated to them an 18 pound turkey...it's pretty exciting to me, the lady was so excited and surprised.... she said that would help since they have a lot of mouths to feed. I'm going tomorrow to donate one more. It feels awesome to help people, i'm gonna do this more and more...

That's awesome man. Congrats on doing something good for someone else. Went to lunch with a few people and they were talking about how the office always donates Turkeys at Thanksgiving and Christmas. They said a few people area always saying "Only a turkey" or "Are you bringing gifts like last year?" These type of people don't deserve kindness, so many would be thankful just to have one slice of turkey.

it's always a great feeling when you do something like that to help others out. the worst is when they ask for more.
i gave a homeless person some change yesterday at the bus stop and he asked for even more.

I gave a homeless guy some food I'd just bought from wal-mart, and he gave some back and said "You keep that for yourself, I'll be good with this much." and smiled and was nice. I was like "WTF?! Umm...ok."
Props Josh.

It just seems like everyone thinks for themselves nowadays, you never hear about anyone doing anything for anyone anymore. It feels good to help people.

i'm broke as hell, so i don't go out and buy things for charity, donate money to benefits and things like that... but, whenever there's a blood drive, i always go donate blood. I've got plenty of that, and there plenty in need of it. besides, i get free juice and cookies afterward, and a bright orange bandage, and some totally awsome STICKERS!! woo! haha, but seriously, i feel good when i do that, cuz i hate not being able to tell the fireman on the phone that i can't give him shit, so i make up for it by saving a life.
